Most wedding videos look like a schedule. Ours look like a day. We stay light on our feet, keep the cameras out of your guests' faces, and cut the film around what actually happened — the mother-in-law losing it during the vows, the uncle who would not leave the dance floor.
Two shooters, always
One on the couple, one on the room. Nobody has to choose between the first look and the reaction to it.
Clean audio first
Lav mics on the officiant and both partners, plus a board feed at the reception. Vows you can actually hear are half the film.

How much does wedding videography cost in Michigan?
Most Michigan couples spend between $1,800 and $4,500 on wedding videography. The number moves with coverage hours, how many filmmakers are on site, and whether you want a short highlight film or a full documentary edit. Sunflow Studio collections start at $1,895 for six hours with two filmmakers. Traditional ceremonies that run across two days sit at the top of that range.
How long until we get our wedding film?
Your teaser lands within two weeks so you have something to share while people are still asking. The full highlight film is delivered in six to eight weeks. Documentary edits and multi-day traditional weddings take eight to ten weeks.
Do you film Nigerian and other traditional weddings?
Regularly. We know how a traditional engagement runs, when the money spray starts, and where to position so we're not in the way of family or the officiant. If your celebration spans two days, we cover both.
Can we book photography and video from the same team?
Yes — Sunflow Media covers photography, videography, live streaming and photo booths. Booking them together means one contract, one timeline conversation, and a photo and video team that has worked the same room hundreds of times instead of meeting on your wedding day.
Do you use drones?
Where the venue and airspace allow it. We check restrictions before the day rather than showing up and finding out, and we'll tell you upfront if your venue is a no-fly zone.
What if family can't travel to the wedding?
We stream it. Sunflowlive is our live-streaming service, and it can run alongside the film crew on the same day — one team, one setup, relatives watching in real time from anywhere.
How far in advance should we book?
Nine to twelve months for a Saturday between May and October, which is when Michigan wedding dates go fastest. Off-season and weekday dates often open up with two or three months' notice.
